Terms of Use of the Photo AI Tagger.com Store
§1 General Information
This document sets out the rules for the operation of the online store PhotoAITagger.com, available at https://photoaitagger.com.
Using the store’s offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In situations not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code.
The store may not be used in a manner contrary to applicable laws or principles of social conduct.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Store – the online service enabling the purchase of software licenses, available at PhotoAITagger.com.

Operator – “Cosmosens.pl Kordian Chodorowski”, VAT ID (NIP) 6371011254.

User/Purchaser – any natural person with full legal capacity, as well as legal entities and organizational units without legal personality that have created an account in the store. A person with limited legal capacity may use the store with the consent of their legal representative.

Licensee – a user who has purchased a license for the offered software.

Registration – the process of creating an account in the store.
To use the service, a device with internet access and a browser supporting JavaScript is required.
§2 Purchase Rules
Placing orders is possible only after creating an account in the store.
Registration requires completing a form providing, among others:

email address and password,

first and last name,

mailing address,

phone number,

company details – if the account is created by a business entity.
Creating an account means acceptance of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of registration.
During registration, the user may voluntarily consent to receiving marketing materials electronically.
All prices displayed in the store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and U.S. dollars (USD) and include VAT.
To purchase a product, it must be added to the cart and the order confirmed by selecting the “Buy” option.
The store accepts orders 24/7.
Products offered in the store are delivered electronically.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or via PayPal.
The software is delivered within up to 7 business days of payment confirmation, but in most cases, delivery is automatic.
§3 Licenses and Copyright
The Operator guarantees that it holds the copyrights or distribution rights to the software available in the store.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the Operator is the producer of the software.
Purchasing a license entitles the user to use the program on a single computer. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
§4 Personal Data
The data provided during registration is processed for the proper handling of orders and to fulfill the Operator’s legal and marketing obligations.
The administrator of personal data is Cosmosens.pl Kordian Chodorowski, ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 60, 32-300 Olkusz, Poland.
The user has the right to access their data, correct it, and object to its processing for marketing purposes.
§5 Final Provisions
The user undertakes to keep their login and password confidential.
The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized third-party access to login data or from viruses or other malicious software on the user’s devices.
Complaints regarding the functioning of the store and purchased software should be addressed to the Operator’s contact address.
Complaints will be processed promptly, but no later than within 14 business days.
A user’s account in the store may be deleted upon request – such a request must be submitted to the Operator via email.
The Operator reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, particularly in the event of store development or legal changes. Information about changes will be published on the store’s website. Continued use of the service after the changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
